This is what God desires from His children

An attitude of gratitude

A refusal to assume that God’s gifts are our due

A heart that overflows with thankfulness

A recognition that God’s gifts are pure grace and an act of love towards His beloved

Not just for what He does

But for who He is

Compassionate

Merciful

Slow to anger

Patient

Everlasting

Savior

Redeemer

Father

Giver of all good things

Healer

Comforter

Holy

Praise-worthy

All-powerful

All-knowing

Peace

Present

Completeness

Faithful

I am – the One who continually reveals Himself to us in new ways – our everything.

Prayer: Today, Lord, I give thanks not just for all you have done and all you have blessed me with, but for who You are. Let me never be silent in the presence of your good gifts but let my soul cry out in praise. Amen.
