Sheltered in His Wings

Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you!

You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy.

I lie awake thinking of you, meditating on you through the night.

Because you are my helper, I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings.

I cling to you; your strong right hand holds me securely.

Psalm 63:4-8 NLT

Sheltered in His Wings

The storm may rage, the winds may blow,
But here I am, where spirits flow.
Beneath His wings, a haven found,
No earthly fear can touch the ground.

His feathers soft, a gentle grace,
A loving touch upon my face.
He wraps me tight, a warm embrace,
In this secure and peaceful space.

The world may swirl, a chaotic scene,
But here with Him, I am serene.
His mighty wings, a shield so strong,
Protecting me where I belong.

Like a mother bird, He cares for me,
A constant love eternally.
My spirit soars, my soul is free,
Sheltered in His wings, eternally.
