“You, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small village among all the people of Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel, whose origins are from the distant past, will come from you on my behalf.” Micah 5:2
The Almighty God, King of the universe, sets his throne in the unlikeliest of places: in a cattle trough among the lowly, in a small and unremarkable town named Bethlehem.
Even today, He sets His throne among the common, the ordinary, the everyday places. He sets His throne among the humble, the nobodys, and the meek in spirit.
Because He is not looking for status, merits, or qualifications. He is seeking willing hearts.
